"We only found out the camera was down when we needed the footage."
Lumo NMS checks every camera and NVR every 10 seconds and alarms after three missed checks, so an outage is fixed hours or days sooner.
Lumo NMS finds and watches the IP cameras, NVRs, switches and servers on your security network, and raises a blinking alarm within about 30 seconds of an outage. It runs entirely offline on one Windows PC: no cloud, no subscription portal, no internet connection.
CCTV and access-control networks are usually isolated from the internet, so most monitoring tools don't fit. Lumo NMS is built for exactly that situation.

"The site is air-gapped, so cloud tools are not allowed."
Everything runs on one Windows PC inside your network. Licences are activated offline, and the application never calls out.
"Enterprise NMS tools take weeks to set up and need an IT team."
Install, create an admin account, enter your camera subnet and scan. Most sites are being monitored within minutes.
Purpose-built for CCTV integrators, security managers and control-room operators.
Ping sweep, ONVIF camera discovery, SSDP, ARP and SNMP find cameras, NVRs, switches and servers, and sort them into groups.
Cameras and NVRs every 10 seconds, other devices every 30. Ping plus RTSP/HTTP port checks catch cameras that ignore ping.
An offline device blinks red in the list and in a banner until an operator acknowledges it. Every alarm and acknowledgement is logged.
CCTV cameras, NVR/VMS, switches, storage, servers and workstations, each with live online/offline counts. Click a group to filter.
Switch port status and traffic, NVR and storage disk usage, device uptime. Credentials are encrypted on the PC.
Round-trip time and packet loss per device, 24-hour uptime, per-minute history for 7 days and hourly for 90 days.
Every outage, recovery, scan and user action, filterable by date, category and severity. Export to CSV or JSON for reports.
Admins manage devices, scans, licences and users. Operators watch the screen and acknowledge alarms. Login is required.
High-contrast dark and light themes, built to be read at a glance from across the room.
The dashboard: totals, availability, device groups and a sortable inventory of every device.
Screenshots show sample data.
Download the free installer and run it on any Windows 10/11 PC on the camera network. No admin rights needed.
Set the administrator password on first launch, then add Operator accounts for the control room.
Enter your camera subnets, for example 192.168.1.0/24. Lumo finds and classifies every device it can reach.
The first 10 devices are monitored free. When you need more, send your machine fingerprint and activate an offline licence.
Every feature is included in both plans. Only the number of monitored devices changes.
For small sites, evaluation and proof-of-concept.
Choose the capacity that fits the site:
Licences are bound to the monitoring PC and activated without internet. Upgrade at any time; your devices and history are kept.
No. You only need internet to download the installer, and you can do that on any computer and carry it to the site on a USB drive. Licences are activated offline too.
Discovery still finds and lists every device. Ten are monitored, and the rest are shown as "quota locked". You decide which ten are monitored, and you can swap devices up to three times in 24 hours. A licence removes the limit.
Click Expand Capacity in the app and copy the Machine Fingerprint. Send it to us with the enquiry form below, and we'll reply with a quote and then a signed licence file. Import it in the same window and the new capacity applies immediately.
Three years from the date it is issued. The app reminds you 60 and 30 days before expiry. If a licence expires, monitoring continues on the free 10-device tier until you renew.
Any device that answers ping or a TCP port check can be monitored. ONVIF cameras are discovered automatically, and common brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, Axis and Hanwha are recognised. Switches, NVRs and storage with SNMP v2c or v3 also report port and disk status.
Licences are bound to the monitoring PC's hardware. If you replace the PC, contact us with the new machine fingerprint.
Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt for newly released software. Choose More info → Run anyway. If you have any doubt about the file, contact us before installing.
In a local database on the monitoring PC. By default, latency history is kept for 90 days and the audit log for one year. Admins can change both.
Tell us about your site and we'll recommend the right licence size and get back to you by email or phone.
Free for up to 10 devices. No registration, no time limit.
